Bob Root at American Collision, is one of the most honest in the business. Has been a while since I needed any autobody repair work. Not knowing of any shop, and not living in the area long, I went on a search. Found there are a lot of corporate owned and franchise shops. Most corporate shops wouldn't work on it, because it was more than 8-10 years old. Some would tell you to bring it in a few days, or a week. Only to have it sit for 3 weeks before they could repair it. Why? There were some that wouldn't write an estimate. Others just wanted to use insurance estimate. If they found something that was needed, but not in estimate, then they would contact the insurance. To me, more delay and headache. Mr. Root was straight up about when he could do it and how long it could be. Told me it would be about so many weeks before he could do the repair. Also, said it would be so many days for it. I understood that. Sometimes when you start a job, things can come up that you didn't see or anticipate to happen. When It was closer to the time he said he could start, I emailed him. Mr Root gave me a date to bring it in. Said he would need it for about 4-5 days. Dropped it off. The morning of the 5th day, he called saying it was ready. It looked amazing when I picked it up. It's a bright red. Was concerned about how it would match. It looked beautiful, spot on! A hard thing to do matching a red color. From any angle the color looks perfect. All the lines on it look great too. Would definately go back to him, and recommend him to any one. Thank you Mr. Root.

Bob is an honest man and does great work! I hired another guy from Facebook Marketplace that claimed to know what he was doing trying to save myself money that was a mistake on my part. Even though it was a small Job, Bob saved the day and and now my fiance will speak to me again after I accidentally backed into her door thank you Bob for fixing my relationship and the car at the same time!! LOL

10/10 would reccomend American Collision to anyone with their car repairs! The whole process was smooth, timely, and my car came out better than I even expected. Bob is amazing at getting back to his customers within a reasonable time & answering all their questions. My whole trunk was destroyed from a car accident & my repairs came out amazing! I truly would recommend choosing this place if they have the room for you, you will NOT regret it! I will definitely be coming back if I ever need a repair. American collision is also VERY reasonable in pricing.
